These shampoo bar discs are PH balanced and the equivalent to 2-3 8 oz bottles of liquid Shampoo with no plastic bottles! Contains NO SLS (sodium lauryl sulfate), SLES sodium lauryl ether Sulfate. Paraben, Acrylate and phthalate-free. Our bars have all the good in regular shampoo but none of the bad. Great for normal, unruly and color treated hair.

Directions:
Simply wet your hair and the bar and rub or slide the bar around your hair (it will take some time to gauge how much product you will need depending on thickness and length of hair). Work the product into your hair and rinse thoroughly.
